Do I need a credit card to try it out?
No. The Free plan unlocks 3 maps with unlimited nodes without requiring a card. You only need to add a payment method if you want to try Pro free for 14 days.
Can I use InMaps offline?
The editor runs online in the browser. We're developing an offline mode for the Pro plan — recently opened maps will be available even without a connection.
How do I invite people to collaborate on a map?
Open the map, click 'Share' in the top right and add emails or generate a public link. You can set view, comment or edit permissions per person.
Does the AI use my map data to train models?
No. Your maps are private and never used for training. Prompts are processed in isolation and data is not retained outside your account.
Which formats can I export to?
PNG (high resolution), PDF (print-ready), SVG (editable vector) and JSON (structured data for integration). PDF/SVG/JSON export is available starting from the Pro plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Settings → Plan and billing, click 'Cancel subscription'. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the already-paid cycle and won't be charged again.
Can I migrate maps from other tools (Miro, XMind, etc)?
Yes. We accept OPML, FreeMind (.mm), JSON and image files with OCR. Go to 'Import' on the dashboard screen and select your file.
Is there a plan for large teams or enterprises?
Yes — the Team plan includes shared workspace, SSO/SAML, permission controls, API and dedicated account manager. For 50+ users, contact sales for a custom plan.
